Hi all, I have an issue in MS Projectwhenever i want to print a file on a specific printer it shows me the error on print preview menu saying: \”There is not enough memory to complete the operation. I have no idea what to do now. Tried repairing the original installation by going to control panel, programs and features, highlight MS Project, click Change, and do Quick Repair. This popped up an error message to say that the computer had both 64 bit and 32 bit versions of Office installed, and we shouldn\’t do that.

I was under the impression that we were only using 32 bit versions, but the repair tool said the machine had the Access database engine and for MS Office 64 bit installed. Uninstalling those also seemed to uninstall Project – maybe the repair tool had uninstalled it and was trying to reinstall when it found the error – but I had to reinstall Project and input the product key again. So we finished up with a full installation of 32 bit Office, without the 64 bit Access database engine.

In reply to Julie Sheets\’s post on May 9, I did find a solution: I am on Windows 7 professional, and I did turn off my viurus protection. I am running Office Ultimate and when I installed it, I had 2g of memory. I upgraded to 4g of memory about a month ago and then purchased Project I had to unistall office , and delete a number of office config files which I found in another thread concerning office with the same issue.

I\’m running Windows 7 bit, on the latest OS and Office patches. I am the administrator of the machine. Please help. Thank you.

And as they provide no solution (as of yes 7 years) one has to use a registry hacking tool to take command of the registry.
